Oh, chilly indeed, I bet it makes their feathers shiver!

They're hearty, we have so many here now that don't fly south.

Oh cool.! Spring must be around the corner.

No snow here but it's pretty cool in the San Francisco Bay Area. Golden gate Park has a few visiting geese, perhaps trying to escape your snow.

LOVE the title... they don't look anything like the folks who live in the elder community my parents go to every winter... but I imagine there is a similarity in their voices when everyone starts talking over each other to be heard:-)

These geese seem quite content to adapt to a snowy life! Beautiful photo!

Do geese goose each other? Hey, I'm just asking.

Sweet.....Canadian Geese [or Canada if you prefer]. Awesome image.

That reminds me, we haven't seen too many of them in the center of town this winter.

Hey, wait a second....aren't these guys supposed to fly east or north or something when winter arrives? Or is that just snowbirds? I forget...

Beautiful birds. Yes, they've been very successful in Finland. Some like them, some don't.

Great photo! My wife was chased by two geese a couple of weeks ago. they warned her not to get too close, but she didn't listen... I never knew she could run (or scream) like that!
