However, I can think of a way to make this richer. Look at 3:24 on this 4:41 min song. It looks like his left eye has a blood tear to me.
What if, just before he is about to be destroyed by the tornado, part of his mind dreams of his past of hurt and pain, of his losses and suffering, and then of regret for how he has habitually hurt his daughter and others. What if just before he dies a pathetic small part of himself regrets and it comes out as a blood tear.
If the video or the song could do that, it would be so much richer.
