It almost looks like you captured a stream of water, mid-air. Nicely done.
Happy New Year to you and yours MZ:)
yay we finally got snow...and ice yesterday...was so beautiful...
Precious few icicles these days! Maybe some will form today. I think they are so cool because they're all different.
A great "icy" capture for the day, MZ!! Stay warm and have a Happy New Year!
Ice is great to see but not on the road!
Very, very cool shot!
We don't see many of those our end. The closest are the icicle lights which seem to drip lights. They look so nice on homes.
the wonders of winter
I'm so glad to live in San Diego, where the only indication of seasonal change is deciding when to change from the spring to the full suit wet suit when you go surfing...
Icecicles can be broken off and used like a dagger!!Driven into the eye it can be a very effective killing device.Plus after it melts the evidence is destroyed. You frickin ROCK Mama Zen!!!!Eskimo's use them as....Never mind, that should be discussed on your 'other' blog.Happy New Year Kelli.....G
Ice storms! Stay safe. If you run out of electricity just spend the down time taking more very cool photos. (at least until the battery runs down)
I like ice photography. I have to rummage in my old prints and negatives and do some scans :)
Yes, beautiful composition, excellent.
So beautiful! We'd like to see a few of those here in the south this winter. :)
Wow.. Love it.
