Lactic acid build-up. Get a good sports massage and you will feel tons better. You are doing a great thing. Don't give up. (drink water.)

Deja vu all over again. Q: Did you get new shoes from a running store? A: It makes a world of difference. Also, I drank glucosamine daily around that time.
