Anybody have a favorite steak marinade that they'd like to share? I'm grilling tomorrow, and I'd like to try something different . . .

I use a rub:
a bit of olive oil, a small palm [I eyeball it, I don't measure] of:
kosher salt
cumin
coriander seed
black pepper
chipotle chili pepper
and a pinch of cayenne - stir it all together and slather over the steaks, massaging it into the meat with your hands. Make sure you leave them @ room temperature for an hour or two and then cook.
That's all I got. :)

Greta, I've been using that one for years!
This isn't quite a marinade, but it is really yummy way to season your steaks.
Sprinkle steaks with Montreal Steak seasoning, and while grilling pour beer over steaks.
I've used the Montreal for chicken, but never for steak. I'll have to try this!
