Isn't that the cutest button ever? Summer from Summer's Nook gave this to me. She even said that she thinks I'm funny! Wonders never cease, huh? Thank you, Summer!

I'm so thrilled with this award that I plan to make "I'm Fabulous" my new mantra. So . . .

• When a news crew shows up sometime today to report on a rumored toy store explosion, and I have to explain that it's just my living room in its natural state, I will smile directly at the camera and say, "I'm Fabulous!"
• When all of the other mothers at pre-k drop-off are staring as I go through the mandatory chicken dance portion of Baby Puppy's good-bye ritual (the entire class gathers at the door to watch this humiliation!), I will keep on clucking and think, "I'm Fabulous!"
• And, in the midst of my next battle to persuade my daughter that she cannot go to school dressed like this:

I will close my eyes, take a deep breath, and repeat, "I'm Fabulous!"
